Resident Notifications

Our office will be CLOSED on the following dates:

Labor Day: Closed Monday, September 2nd

Thanksgiving Days: Closed November 27-28th

Christmas Days: Closed December 20th - January 1st


Summer

In June and July, we will have two High School students to help Terry, our Maintenance Supervisor. They will be painting rails outside common areas, striping parking lots, and completing other work.

Swimming Pools – Not allowed on premises.

If your children are at home during the summer, please make sure they are supervised properly. Reminder: YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR CHILDREN’S ACTIONS.

Check the media for activities for the summer: Meals at School, Library, Eagle Park, Church.

Remodeling

Thanks to everyone for your patience while we are renovating the Storage Rooms and Community Room.

Disposition

Beckville and Tatum are preparing and submitting Disposition Applications to the HUD Special Applications Center (SAC) in June 2019.
