Our Mission

The Mission of the Tatum/Beckville Housing Authorities is to provide decent, safe, and sanitary housing for eligible, elderly, and families and to promote self-sufficiency and economic independence for residents.

The employees of the THA will strive to provide an exceptional living environment for all of our residents with assistance of law enforcement and residents.  Each resident should do his/her best to maintain a peaceful neighborhood at all times.

Hall's Pest Control Thursday December 19, 2019 starting at 9:00 am Tatum-Forest Acres Circle & Beckville at around 10:00 pm.

Filter will be changed at same time in all units.

Rent is due by the 5th of every month.
If not paid, $25.00 late fee will be charged to your account. Lease Termination or eviction will be enforced!


Keep units clean, front and back porches need to be clean and organized!

Please help us keep the property looking its best by not littering.

If you have a large item for removal, please contact office, do not put on curb.
